These cookies are gluten-free, naturally sweetened, and packed with skin-friendly

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg (or flax egg for a vegan option)
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup (natural sweetener with antioxidants)
  • ¼ cup runny tahini (rich in copper, iron, and calcium)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ground almonds (provides vitamin E and healthy fats)
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda

Instructions:
