A moist, antioxidant-rich treat that feeds your skin and soul.
Why It’s Beauty-Friendly
-
Pumpkin is rich in beta-carotene, which converts to vitamin A — essential for skin renewal and glow.
-
Dark chocolate contains flavonoids that improve circulation and protect against
oxidative stress.
-
Almond flour & oats offer skin-friendly vitamin E and fiber.
- Coconut sugar or maple syrup keeps it naturally sweet without spiking blood sugar.
